About The Position
O'Steen Acura & Volvo of Athens is expanding and selectively hiring experienced, high-performing automotive sales professionals and a Sales Team Leader to join their growing luxury organization. This is a performance-driven, customer-focused luxury environment for professionals who know how to sell, lead, and earn at a high level, rather than a volume "floor pack" dealership. The organization is backed by a respected family-owned dealer group and is focused on building Athens' premier luxury automotive destination with a culture built around employee success, retention, and development.
Requirements
- Proven automotive sales professionals.
- Luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
- Self-starters who do not require micromanagement.
- Leaders with strong communication and team-building ability (for leadership role).
- Individuals who consistently perform at a high-income level.
- Professionals tired of overcrowded floors, heavy packs, and restrictive pay structures.
- Experienced auto sales professionals only - not intended for entry-level or unqualified applicants.
- Proven track record of success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Provide strong communication and team-building ability.
- Ensure a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Contribute to building Athens' premier luxury automotive destination.
