O'Steen Acura & Volvo of Athens is expanding and is selectively hiring experienced, high-performing automotive sales professionals and a Sales Team Leader to join their luxury organization. This is a performance-driven, customer-focused luxury environment for professionals who know how to sell, lead, and earn at a high level. The dealership is under new ownership and is in a rapid growth phase, aiming to build Athens' premier luxury automotive destination. They emphasize a culture built around employee success, retention, and development, with a focus on transparency, strong inventory support, and rewarding performance.

Requirements

  • Proven automotive sales professional experience.
  • Luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who does not require micromanagement.
  • Strong communication and team-building ability (for leadership role).
  • Individuals who consistently perform at a high-income level.
  • Experienced auto sales professionals only; not intended for entry-level or unqualified applicants.
  • Proven track record of success.
