About The Position

The VIP Reservations Trainer/Lead Agent will be responsible for training new and existing VIP Reservations Agents, as well as accurately booking chauffeured ground transportation locally, nationwide, and internationally. This role involves managing multiple reservation channels including phones, emails, and online bookings, ensuring prompt and professional client service. The agent will also monitor the status of national rides to guarantee excellent customer service from affiliate networks and independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years experience as a reservations agent in the transportation industry.
Must be able to multi-task, frequently switching between heavy phones, emails, and managing many projects simultaneously with ease and confidence.
Must enjoy working with demanding clientele and warmly assist with reservation requests.
Excellent customer service skills, phone skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with grace and courtesy.
Ability to listen effectively to ensure all booking details are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Highly driven to succeed and committed to deliver exceptional service.
Availability to work full time, including nights and weekends.
Must have experience in the chauffeured vehicle industry.

Nice To Haves

Preferred knowledge of airports, hotels, and entertainment venues in New Jersey/ New York.

Responsibilities

Assist VIP Reservations Agents upon hire, provide new training for existing employees, and offer refresher instructions as needed.
Accurately book chauffeured ground transportation (local, nationwide, and international) and farm to national affiliates.
Continuously monitor all incoming reservation channels (phone, several email inboxes, online bookings) while responding to client requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor the status of national rides to ensure clients are provided excellent customer service from our affiliate network.
Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
