Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English, Kazakh, and Russian.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients.
  • Basic understanding of iGaming products, player behavior, and key metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Stress resilience and the ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client requests with tact, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Readiness to work in a shift-based schedule, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with VIP clients across multiple channels and provide a high-quality customer experience.
  • Support the team in handling VIP client requests and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Contribute to client retention and reactivation activities.
  • Monitor client activity, key metrics, and behavioral changes to identify opportunities or potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve client requests efficiently and support service quality.
