About The Position

A VIP Kitchen Cast Member is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. Kitchen Cast Members must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. The Cast Member must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety procedures, and have a high threshold for heat in a kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Superior understanding of how food preparation relates to delivering an exceptional Guest Experience
  • Proven problem solving and quick-thinking skills in fast-paced situations
  • A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Ensure high standard of food quality and follow to plating specifications, ensure that orders come out in excellent quality and promptly
  • Comply with different kitchen standards such as nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards, ensure cleanliness of kitchen, maintain stock inventory
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team and staff
