VIP Event Staff - Athlete Association
About The Position
Fierce Staffing Services is hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Production Assistants to support a VIP Athlete Event for a national association in Philadelphia, PA July 11-12, 2026. MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS TO APPLY. As a Production, you’ll assist with event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown while ensuring an engaging and positive experience for attendees. Requirements
- Must be 18+ and local to Philadelphia, PA
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working on your feet outdoors for extended hours
- Able to assist with light physical setup/breakdown
- Must be available both July 11th and July 12th
Nice To Haves
- Prior event or brand experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with activation setup, event management, and teardown
- Greet and engage students and attendees
- Maintain a clean, organized event space
- Ensure brand standards and on-site presentation meet expectations
- Work under the direction of the Event Producer to execute event logistics
