The Event Staff at Rock Spot Climbing are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests. Event Staff also are responsible for ensuring a safe and fun environment for our customers by belaying for team building groups and parties as well as orientations for new customers. They complete these duties under the supervision of a shift supervisor. Our team members are dynamic individuals who are on board with our Mission and Core Values.
