About The Position

Legendz is looking for a VIP Development Manager to join our VIP team. This role is dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and developing the next generation of VIP players by building meaningful relationships early in their journey. You will own the pre-VIP portfolio, guiding players from their first deposits through to VIP qualification while ensuring healthy engagement patterns and long-term sustainability. Acting as the bridge between general player support and VIP Account Management, you will help create loyal, high-value relationships and ensure only suitable players transition into active VIP books. This is an opportunity to influence the entire VIP pipeline, work closely with VIP and Customer Support teams, and play a key role in driving sustainable player growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, retention, customer success, or player development within social casino, gaming, or iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation, and relationship-building techniques.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop long-term player relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative and service-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and player analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with responsible gaming and sustainable player engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of emerging high-value players, building loyalty and engagement before formal VIP qualification.
  • Monitor player progression and engagement trends, ensuring a smooth and sustainable journey toward VIP status.
  • Assess players approaching VIP thresholds, identifying healthy long-term prospects while filtering out erratic, fraudulent, or unsustainable behaviours.
  • Identify players showing declining activity and collaborate with Customer Support to deliver personalized interventions and recognition initiatives.
  • Introduce players to loyalty programs and educate them on the benefits and experiences available as they progress.
  • Work closely with VIP Account Managers to ensure seamless transitions and maintain the quality of active VIP portfolios.
