The VIP Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating enduring relationships with our esteemed high-value clients. Our objective is to ensure the utmost satisfaction among VIPs, proactively tackle their concerns, and guide them into maximizing the benefits of our platform for their enjoyment. The VIP host is a one stop shop for all problems the portfolio customers are facing. This role requires a strong capacity for empathy, exceptional communication abilities, and an intricate grasp of VIP preferences, desires & anticipations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Experience within the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games).
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels (email, chat, phone) with a high level of confidence.
  • Embraces a business-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates the ability to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding services within tight timelines.
  • Adaptable to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and analysis of the VIP database to optimize players’ experience throughout their engagement lifecycle.
  • Proactive reactivation of players through various channels like emails, calls, SMS, and chat.
  • Identification and capitalization on opportunities to upsell potential VIP players by tracking their behavior and tailoring targeted offers.
  • Collaboration with other departments for enhanced player management efficiency.
  • Development and supervision of marketing and player management strategies specifically tailored for VIPs.
  • Early detection of potential VIPs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP users, addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between VIPs and our internal departments.
  • Close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless player experience and precise segmentation of promotional & bonus offers
