The Village Asst General Manager will coordinate and evaluate the daily administrative activities of the entire Village. This role provides day-to-day direction of the management team and assists them in their personal development. Key responsibilities include administering the ground lease and management agreement, ensuring the physical maintenance of the facility, coordinating marketing efforts with university departments, managing financial aspects, overseeing asset and risk management, and assisting with human resources and legal matters.
