Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations or Guest Services
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
• Assist with arranging personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations as well as other personal services
• Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards
• Maintain the Butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/numbers/names
