Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a condition of continued employment.
Must pass the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) when hired.
Must be able to read, speak, and write English to acceptable standards.
Must demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision.
Must have organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.
Must maintain a highly professional demeanor and adhere to the HE&R Core Values.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service and anticipate guest needs in maintaining the luxury atmosphere of the Villa Concierge Lounge.
Maintain familiarity with Hotel property and current knowledge of services and opportunities, to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
Skilled at handling guest concerns in a thorough and professional manner.
Create an aesthetically pleasing presentation of the buffet line, including food, display pieces, plates, serviceware, toaster, and all equipment on the buffet for all meal times.
Set up and maintain an aesthetically pleasing presentation of the beverage station, including hot and cold beverages, soda fountain, complimentary bar, and beverage hydration station.
Serve alcohol at the designated times.
Maintain order and cleanliness of Villa Concierge Lounge, front and back of house, including setting and clearing tables.
Maintain an adequate stock of supplies and equipment, including ordering and retrieving deliveries in a timely manner, storing them with precise organization.
Transport food, beverage, and amenity items to and from the Villas with a company vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned.
