About The Position

This is a project-based, on-site role in Orlando, FL, where you will be responsible for transcribing spoken Vietnamese into written text. The position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hour and a flexible schedule of 8-40 hours per week. The hiring process includes a virtual event where candidates can meet the team, complete assessments, and receive fast-track hiring consideration.

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and typing in Vietnamese (vi_VN).
• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Reliable transportation to work on-site in our Orlando, FL office.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and both Mac and PC platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM in Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe spoken Vietnamese into written text while following formatting, grammar, and punctuation guidelines.
• Review and proofread transcripts to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Remain focused at a computer workstation and wear headphones for extended periods.
