About The Position

This is a project-based, on-site role in Orlando, FL, where Farsi Transcribers are needed to accurately transcribe spoken Thai into written text. The role involves reviewing and proofreading transcripts to ensure quality and accuracy, handling confidential information, and working within specific formatting, grammar, and punctuation guidelines. Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and typing in Farsi (fa_ir).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and both Mac and PC platforms.
• 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Reliable transportation to work on-site in our Orlando, FL office.

Nice To Haves

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM in Farsi.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe spoken Thai into written text while following formatting, grammar, and punctuation guidelines.
• Review and proofread transcripts to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Remain focused at a computer workstation and wear headphones for extended periods.
