Let’s talk job responsibilities: Drive success by producing high‑quality video content that aligns with PHP’s brand, culture, and marketing objectives Partner with marketing and leadership teams to plan shoots, develop shot lists, and align on creative direction Film professional‑grade video content for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials, testimonials, and corporate messaging Capture footage at live events, conferences, leadership trainings, and agent recognition ceremonies Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure consistent production quality Incorporate motion graphics, music, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling Produce multiple video formats optimized for social media, internal training platforms, event presentations, and promotional campaigns Oversee video content by organizing, archiving, and maintaining a digital video library Support live events by producing quick‑turnaround highlight videos and collaborating with the marketing team on‑site Stay current on video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate content quality Jump in to support special marketing projects, events, and creative initiatives as needed Your experience and skills: Demonstrated success producing high‑quality video content in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Minimum 3–5 years of professional videography and video editing experience, preferably within corporate, event, or marketing environments Proven ability to tell compelling stories through video across multiple platforms and formats Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with professional camera systems Strong understanding of lighting, audio capture, color grading, and motion graphics Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, creative team player Ability to travel for major company events and productions, approximately 10–20% About Integrity: Integrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health, and wealth insurance products.
