About The Position
Join Anchor Toyota as our next Videographer and help transform the service experience through personalized video updates that keep customers informed, engaged, and confident in their vehicle's care. As Anchor Toyota's Videographer, you'll create personalized service videos that help customers better understand their vehicle's needs, recommended repairs, and completed work. By turning technical information into clear, engaging updates, you'll play a key role in building trust, transparency, and an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Detail-oriented and a willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Clear, friendly voice‑over explanations of technician findings
- Efficient and prompt upload of videos to clients
- Supporting the service team with communication by listening carefully and relaying accurate information
- Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department
- Assisting the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
