Requirements

Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
Clear, friendly voice‑over explanations of technician findings
Efficient and prompt upload of videos to clients
Supporting the service team with communication by listening carefully and relaying accurate information
Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the service department
Assisting the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
