From assisting guests throughout their service visit to capturing real-time footage of vehicle inspections, recommended services, and completed work, your communication skills and attention to detail will help create a seamless, transparent, and elevated experience! Requirements

  • Previous automotive or dealership experience is considered an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • A hands-on, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Confidence using technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • A professional, composed, and collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
  • Supporting the service team with clear communication, accurate information sharing, and thoughtful follow-up throughout the service experience.
  • Capturing precise video documentation of vehicle repairs and creating friendly, informative voice-over explanations of technician findings.
  • Promptly uploading videos to clients to keep them informed and engaged every step of the way.
  • Preparing accurate estimates for labour, parts, and materials while clearly communicating next steps and service recommendations.
  • Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client concerns and technician diagnostics.
  • Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines, and exceptional customer care.
  • Maintaining accurate service records while helping keep the service department clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Providing support the team and elevate the overall customer experience.
