About The Position

Lamborghini Minnesota is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Content Producer responsible for producing high-quality video content, reels, long-form content, short-form content, rollers, edits, and event coverage. This role is execution-focused and reports to the Marketing & Media Manager. The ideal candidate understands current social trends, cutting-edge editing styles, automotive content, and the pace required to create consistent, premium dealership media.

Requirements

• Experience creating reels, short-form video, long-form content, and social media edits.
• Strong understanding of current content trends and modern video styles.
• Ability to shoot rollers and automotive content safely and professionally.
• Editing capability and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership events as business needs require.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and ability to follow creative direction.
• Position is contingent upon successful completion of background check and MVR review if vehicle operation is required.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive videography experience.
• Luxury or exotic automotive content experience.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience covering events.
• Experience with social-first editing, hooks, pacing, and vertical video formats.
• Drone certification/experience is a plus if applicable and properly compliant.

Responsibilities

• Create reels, long-form content, short-form content, rollers, edits, and event coverage.
• Film and edit dealership vehicles, deliveries, events, inventory features, lifestyle content, and brand content.
• Support the Marketing & Media Manager content strategy and publishing calendar.
• Stay current on trends, formats, pacing, editing styles, and platform behavior.
• Assist with event coverage and recap content.
• Coordinate with Inventory Photographer & Content Specialist on vehicle content needs.
• Maintain organized video files, project files, and exported assets.
• Help produce content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and dealership reputation.
