About The Position

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Video Teller Universal Placement (UP) to join their organization. As a Video Teller, you will serve as a trusted financial resource for members, assisting with routine financial transactions using video teller technology. This role requires a consultative approach to understand, educate, and fulfill member financial needs, referring them to specialized departments when necessary. The position involves reviewing and processing member financial transactions, answering inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and resolving problems within your authority through face-to-face camera interaction using video teller machines. The role emphasizes excellent member service, problem-solving, and education.

Requirements

• One to three years of previous banking or related experience.
• Experience providing a high level of member service in a face-to-face, highly technical environment.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information, and handle problem resolution.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
• Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
