About The Position

The role involves supporting localization efforts through AI-enabled multilingual content solutions, enabling enterprises to operate and scale globally. Requirements

  • American Sign Language or British Sign Language (must-have)
  • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry
  • Thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio
  • 2-4 years of experience working with digital video
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge
  • Valid work authorization for the US with no need for sponsorship

  • Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions.
  • Respond quickly and decisively to issues.
