About The Position

Vestmark's Training & Education team is seeking an intern to help refresh its library of VestmarkONE (PTE) training videos to reflect the newly released user interface. Working with the VP of Training and Education and the Training team, the intern will help plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form training videos for the PTE Online Help video library. This hands-on, project-based internship is suited to a student interested in video production, instructional design, or education technology who wants practical experience supporting an enterprise software company.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software, such as Camtasia or similar tools, and comfort learning new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent, professional-looking video content.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured scripts or outlines and take direction from subject matter experts.

Nice To Haves

• Prior coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with instructional design principles or e-learning content development.

Responsibilities

• Review the existing PTE training video library and identify videos requiring updates due to user interface changes.
• Re-record and re-edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment, matching the tone, pacing, and structure of the existing PTE Online Help video library.
• Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to create polished, consistent videos, including trimming, adding callouts or annotations, syncing voiceovers, and adding captions.
• Work with the Training team to prioritize videos based on product area priority and upcoming client upgrades to the user interface.
