About The Position

This role is for a Video Producer who is passionate about visual storytelling and using their skills to share the Gospel. The ideal candidate is experienced with professional filmmaking equipment and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. They should have a strong demo reel showcasing their ability to evoke emotion or inspire action within a short timeframe. The role requires a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively, and who thrives in a dynamic team environment with shifting deadlines and tight turnarounds. A key aspect of this role is a passion for using video to help others hear the Gospel and respond to Jesus.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that sometimes requires multi-tasking
• Proven ability to work on/manage many video projects at various levels of pre & post production simultaneously
• 3-5 years experience in video production
• Experience using professional filmmaking equipment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Experience with 4K workflows
• Ability to create a demo reel that proves ability to move others toward tears or action within 4 minutes
• Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in collaborative and independent projects
• Ability to thrive in a team environment where the best idea wins

Responsibilities

• Pre-produce, shoot, edit, export, and deliver high quality videos for worship services, church ministries, and social media
• Maintain a digital media file archive system
• Perform motion design & supers for both personal projects and teammate’s projects
• Coach & train volunteers who assist with shooting, file processing, and simple edits
• Manage the preparation, haul gear, setup, capture video and audio, and load out for field production projects
