About The Position

The Worldwide Safety & Health/Engineering/Sourcing(WSHES) Creative team is the department that inspires our Guests and over 100,000 Cast Members globally to make safe and balanced choices through stories, humor and creative solutions. We make safety, wellness and training come alive through innovative and engaging communications that include infographics, videos, multifaceted signage and storytelling. We’re looking for individuals for our intern program who are passionate about content creation and Disney. If so, apply today! Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Proven ability to work creatively with various types of cameras
  • Proven ability to problem solve, think critically and manage multiple projects independently and within a team environment
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
  • Must be able to provide a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Must be able to work FULL TIME hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship
  • Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member
  • Juniors, seniors or recent graduates preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to produce videos and other digital work to support our various partners and improve our safety culture
  • Maintain and manage assets and media files to maintain organizational workflow
  • Partner with clients and collaborators to develop creative solutions to meet their individual needs
  • Support of technical planning, development and production of materials for safety communications
  • Stay on top of trends and thinking of ways to create impactful content for Cast Members
