About The Position

Becklar is seeking an in-office Video Monitoring Operator in Rexburg, Idaho, with availability during the upcoming holidays. The operator processes video alarm signals and documents details through the ticketing process, using software to complete multiple tasks. Fully paid, hands-on training is provided. The position requires a minimum of 16 working hours per week.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to type, write, and speak English.
• Ability to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.
• Availability for a minimum of 16 working hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• One year of phone customer service experience.
• One year of security experience.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally.
