This internship is designed for a proactive and revenue-driven designer who is eager to experiment with AI tools and create impactful video ads. Interns will gain hands-on experience producing Paid Social performance video ads and utilizing generative AI tools. The ideal candidate is someone who actively explores new tools and is passionate about making a tangible impact.
Requirements
- Foundational proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Some exposure to After Effects or motion design.
- Experience making short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other Social Media Platforms.
- An eye for design principles, including hierarchy, contrast, and visual flow.
- A bias toward action and making over talking; comfortable presenting unfinished work.
- Genuine curiosity about generative video tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Veo) and opinions on their capabilities.
- Basic prompt engineering instincts; understanding how descriptions influence output.
