About The Position
The Mind Company is a fully remote company focused on mental fitness, offering award-winning, science-backed apps like Elevate, Balance, and Spark to improve cognitive and mental wellness skills. The company's vision is to bring mental fitness to every mind, every day. This internship is a high-output, operator role where interns will learn by doing, producing Paid Social performance video ads and gaining hands-on exposure to generative AI tools. The ideal candidate is someone who experiments with new tools proactively.
Requirements
- Foundational proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Some exposure to After Effects or motion design.
- Experience making short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other Social Media Platforms.
- An eye for design principles, including hierarchy, contrast, and visual flow.
- A bias toward action and making over talking; comfortable presenting unfinished work.
- Genuine curiosity about generative video tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Veo) with opinions on their strengths and weaknesses.
- Basic prompt engineering instincts.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week in EST, CST, or PST.
