This is a part-time position responsible for providing efficient guest service to all VLT guests and ensuring VLT machines are monitored on a continual basis for operation at maximum efficiency. The role involves actively patrolling assigned sections, enhancing the guest's VLT entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment, and developing customer loyalty through exceptional guest interactions. The attendant will communicate VLT floor functionality, respond to service requests, verify and counter-sign hand-paid jackpots, and resolve guest complaints. Additionally, the role includes maintaining the cleanliness and security of VLT areas, correcting minor machine malfunctions, participating in VLT machine upgrades, and adhering to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies. The attendant will also maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy, pay jackpots, perform buy-in transactions, and reconcile their bank/wallet at the end of the shift. Promoting JACK brand amenities, property events, and JACK Rewards is also a key responsibility, along with staying informed about promotions and maintaining in-depth game knowledge. The role supports "Project 21" to ensure compliance with state-mandated age restrictions and partners with other departments to promote property-wide initiatives.
