About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Video Editors with strong expertise in 3D/CGI content, animation, motion graphics, visual effects, audio editing, and professional post-production workflows to contribute to an advanced AI training project focused on educational and robotics media. Selected professionals will edit and assemble high-quality digital media, develop polished 3D/CGI and animation-based content, and prepare video assets for AI training applications. The work combines visual storytelling, technical post-production, project organisation, and iterative creative collaboration. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

Extensive professional or client-project experience editing 3D/CGI, animation, or comparable digital-media content
Strong video-editing and visual-storytelling skills
Proficiency with one or more professional production platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
Strong experience with animation, motion graphics, visual effects, or audiovisual compositing
Experience with audio editing and integrated multimedia production
Strong attention to detail and understanding of modern post-production workflows
Demonstrated ability to organise complex project files and digital assets
Ability to incorporate creative and technical feedback efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in remote collaborative environments
Ability to deliver polished multimedia assets on deadline
Awareness of current video-production, digital-media, and post-production trends
Bachelor's degree in any field is required

Nice To Haves

Experience with robotics media, educational content, computer-vision-related media, or AI-training datasets is advantageous
Advanced experience in video editing, digital media, visual effects, animation, or related areas is highly valued
No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

Responsibilities

Edit and assemble professional-quality 3D/CGI and animation-based video content
Structure footage and visual elements into clear, engaging final sequences
Apply professional post-production techniques across complex multimedia projects
Maintain continuity, pacing, visual consistency, and technical quality
Deliver polished assets that meet project specifications and deadlines
Create and integrate motion graphics, animation, and visual effects
Enhance storytelling through movement, transitions, compositing, and visual design
Support robotics and educational media with clear and effective visual communication
Apply animation and VFX techniques appropriate to the intended audience and content
Maintain strong visual hierarchy across animated and composited sequences
Edit and integrate audio into finished multimedia content
Balance dialogue, sound, music, and visual elements where relevant
Synchronise audio and visual components accurately
Produce cohesive audiovisual experiences suitable for professional delivery
Identify and correct technical inconsistencies affecting overall media quality
Prepare and optimise video assets for use in machine-learning and AI-training workflows
Organise media to support consistent downstream processing and evaluation
Apply careful quality control to training-oriented video materials
Support development of datasets involving educational, robotics, and digital-media content
Ensure outputs are structured, technically sound, and suitable for project requirements
Organise complex project files according to modern post-production standards
Maintain clear and reproducible asset-management workflows
Collaborate effectively in remote and asynchronous environments
Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise assets according to project requirements
Manage deadlines while maintaining a high standard of technical and creative quality
