About The Position

The position is hybrid, requiring work in the office in Boca Raton, Florida on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The expected work hours are 24-30 hours per week, with potential for overtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Final Cut and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media best practices.
• Portfolio showcasing commercial, social, and UGC-style video content.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Create engaging short-form videos, including UGC-style content for paid and organic social media.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, sound design, and color correction to deliver polished final assets.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and social teams to produce high-performing content.
• Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of multiple edits across platforms.
