About The Position

Sitecore is seeking a hands-on video editor to join the Brand & Creative team. This role will support a consistent flow of on-brand video content across social and other digital channels, focusing on practical, repeatable video output delivered week over week. The goal is to maintain momentum and visibility through frequent, well-executed videos that support product storytelling and brand presence. The video editor will collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure content is aligned and moving forward. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience editing short-form video content for digital and social channels.
  • Comfort working with stock footage, existing brand assets, and simple captured footage.
  • Understanding of social-first video principles, including adapting content for different platforms (pacing, framing, captions, format requirements).
  • Comfort capturing very lightweight footage using simple setups (e.g., iPhone footage) and integrating it seamlessly.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a steady flow of work with regular deadlines.
  • Ability to respond well to input and use feedback to improve output while keeping delivery on track.
  • Practical experience with common video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
  • Comfort working alongside Canva-based workflows.
  • Pragmatic mindset, prioritizing clarity, consistency, and progress.
  • Understanding and thoughtful application of brand guardrails.
  • Clear communication with brand, creative, and social partners.
  • Proactive updates and sensible prioritization to keep work moving.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form, social-first video content for always-on marketing, social media, product showcases, and internal communications.
  • Edit existing footage and selected stock assets, shaping content for clarity, pace, and relevance across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with social media leads to ensure videos are built for the right platforms, formats, and timelines.
  • Partner with the Canva intern to support simple video execution and ensure work aligns with brand standards.
  • Work within established guidelines and templates, applying sound judgment for efficient delivery and publish-readiness.
