About The Position

Serv, a global executive recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our client Take Profit Trader for a Video Editor. Take Profit Trader is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm operating in the financial education space. The organization is performance-driven, client-focused, and built around helping traders succeed through clarity, speed, innovation, and exceptional user experience. As the company continues to scale, content plays a critical role in educating, engaging, and converting traders across multiple channels. The Senior Video Editor & AI Workflow Lead will help shape the future of Take Profit Trader's content operation by elevating creative quality, building scalable production systems, and integrating emerging AI technologies into the editing process. This is an opportunity to lead both creatively and operationally while making a direct impact on a rapidly growing brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, including senior-level or leadership responsibilities
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for composition, typography, motion, and storytelling
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Seedance, or similar platforms
• Proven success building workflows and systems that improve creative efficiency and output
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing editors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience creating content for both organic and paid marketing channels
• Strong prompt engineering capabilities and practical AI implementation experience
• Experience with sound design and color grading

Responsibilities

• Edit and finish high-impact short-form and long-form video content with strong pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and brand consistency
• Lead day-to-day editing operations including project assignments, quality control, feedback, and delivery timelines
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted production workflows utilizing generative video, image, and audio tools
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, and repeatable systems that improve production efficiency and quality
• Mentor and develop junior editors through coaching, creative direction, and ongoing feedback
• Partner with marketing and creative leadership to execute a consistent visual style aligned with business objectives
• Manage freelance editors and external creative partners as needed
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and trends, identifying opportunities to improve output and workflow efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across editing standards, production systems, and creative processes
