About The Position
Our client is a growth-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through content, SEO, paid media, and AI-driven systems. We are hiring an experienced video editor to produce high-quality short-form and long-form content for internal brand growth. This role focuses on building authority, storytelling, and conversion-driven content.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing for social media growth
- Strong understanding of short-form retention strategy
- Experience with Cap Cut or similar
- Ability to work fast and meet content deadlines
- Portfolio required
Nice To Haves
- Experience editing for marketing or agency brands
- Knowledge of content funnels and repurposing strategy
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Edit long-form YouTube and podcast episodes
- Create engaging hooks, captions, motion graphics, and pacing
- Add subtitles, branding overlays, and CTA end screens
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
- Maintain brand consistency across all content
