Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting processes
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
• Passion for creating visually appealing and engaging videos

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Knowledge of pediatric healthcare or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and video requirements
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with brand standards and messaging
• Utilize various video editing software and tools to create engaging and professional videos
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and within project scope
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality
• Work closely with the creative team to develop new and innovative video concepts
• Manage and organize video files and assets to ensure easy access and retrieval
• Collaborate with the social media team to create video content for various social media platforms
