About The Position

The Video Editor Virtual Assistant is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the company’s creative and digital marketing services. This role focuses on editing long-form and short-form videos, designing thumbnails, and creating engaging multimedia assets for online businesses, e-commerce brands, content creators, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical editing skills, creativity in storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished, performance-driven content.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proven experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital content creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement
• Basic to advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Main Device : Processor : Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM : 8 GB or higher. Storage : Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed : At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• Backup Device : Processor : Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM : Minimum 4 GB. Storage : Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed : At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating content for social media and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video creation tools is an advantage
• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails, edit product advertisements, and produce both short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon, and Shopify. This includes podcasts, interviews, tutorials, vlogs, webinars, and branded content.
• Develop AI-generated videos and enhance content using motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, and visual enhancements.
• Handle color correction, audio balancing, subtitle integration, and final polishing to ensure professional-quality output.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, copywriters, project coordinators, marketing teams, and clients.
• Ensure all outputs follow branding guidelines and platform requirements, manage project files and assets efficiently, and revise work based on feedback while staying updated on trends and tools.
