About The Position

Cheil Worldwide is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Post-Production & Design Intern to join their creative team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience at the intersection of video editing and graphic design. The intern will work closely with senior media specialists and designers to learn how creative concepts are transformed into polished assets for social, digital, and global platforms. This is a learning-focused environment designed to enhance both technical pipeline skills and creative abilities.

Requirements

• Academic or hands-on exposure to Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A strong desire to learn foundational motion graphics or compositing in Adobe After Effects.
• A naturally meticulous approach to work, with attention to detail regarding typos, text alignment, and visual consistency.
• Respect for brand standards and eagerness to learn about premium creative work.
• Curious and collaborative mindset, unafraid to ask questions and absorb feedback.
• Organized and methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling rough cuts and edits for social-first and digital campaign content.
• Learn to optimize content for multi-platform delivery, including formatting and exporting assets across various aspect ratios.
• Shadow senior editors on finishing tasks such as basic audio balancing and color correction.
• Assist in prepping and organizing layered design files from Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for video timelines and motion graphics.
• Update existing design templates, create basic layout variations, and produce simple text/graphic overlays.
• Learn to interpret and apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Support the team in content versioning and localization workflows, adapting global campaigns for different markets and languages.
• Help replace and update on-screen text, UI elements, and localized graphic components.
• Learn agency-standard file management, version control, and project archiving.
• Assist with foundational post-production tasks like basic masking, tracking, or asset cleanup in After Effects.
