About The Position

Gramian Consultancy is seeking detail-oriented Video Data Annotators to support the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. The role involves reviewing short video and audio clips, labeling multimedia content, assessing AI-generated descriptions, and evaluating content against established moderation guidelines. The work supports improvements in AI accuracy, content understanding, output quality, and data quality. Prior AI experience is not required. The position is remote and involves collaborating with project managers and team members to clarify guidelines and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate short video and audio clips according to project-specific guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated descriptions for accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness.
• Assess multimedia content against established moderation standards and flag potentially inappropriate or uncertain material with clear explanations.
• Identify inaccuracies, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide concise written feedback to support improvements in AI performance and data quality.
• Maintain high levels of annotation accuracy and consistency across large volumes of submissions.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers and team members to clarify guidelines and improve workflows.
• Follow confidentiality, data protection, and responsible data-handling requirements.
