About The Position

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for Global Finance & Business Management. This role will focus on driving HR Performance, Progression & Compensation strategies, leading partnerships, enhancing team operations, and providing data-driven insights. The position involves financial analysis, problem-solving, business representation, and organizing leadership events. The Global Finance & Business Management team works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting, and proactively manage risk, ensuring the company can navigate market conditions while protecting its balance sheet.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Business Management, Finance, Compensation, COO, Operations, or Project Management at a financial firm, tech company, or consultancy.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in defining business and use cases, crafting multi-year roadmaps, and driving disciplined execution.
  • Confident in presenting to senior executives and skilled at handling confidential information.
  • Skilled with Data Analysis and Visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Qlikview.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to work independently and virtually, ensuring follow-through.
  • Capable of defining and executing a strategic agenda across multiple groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to distill large data sets into key insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a logical thought process.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new strategies and initiatives tied to the transformation of the Performance, Progression and Compensation function, ensuring smooth alignment across teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Performance, Progression, and Compensation, providing financial and business management insights and recommendations.
  • Connect initiatives and insights across performance, progression and compensation and all HR functions; identify cross overs and coordinate efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Leadership to refine the team's operating model, focusing on strategy, priorities, OKRs, and governance.
  • Analyze business data and create impactful reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Prepare Business Reviews, Objective Reviews, and other regular reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
  • Dive into financial performance, focusing on budgets and expenses. Drive productivity initiatives, headcount forecasting, and investment cases.
  • Help senior management tackle organizational challenges by connecting key activities and priorities.
  • Represent the business in projects and with senior management.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and events, handling agendas, documents, and follow-ups.
