In this role, you will turn vision into reality by owning the workplace technology stack and automation roadmap, while collaborating with functional owners of specific products to ensure integration, scalability, and alignment with employee experience goals. Your work will shape how employees experience work and how the firm delivers for clients. This position offers influence at scale, impacting nearly 30,000 employees globally, executive visibility through collaboration with senior leaders, innovation opportunities in areas like smart building enablement and AI-driven personalization, career growth in leading technology strategy, and the chance to do purposeful work by creating environments that foster collaboration, well-being, and productivity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in workplace technology, product management, or enterprise systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML.
  • Expertise in strategy, road-mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with HR tech, facilities management systems, employee portals, or internal IT solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the workplace technology vision and roadmap, aligning to firm priorities and creating tools that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage platforms such as space booking, visitor management, smart building systems, and mobile tools.
  • Translate needs from HR, Facilities, and IT into technical requirements; work with engineering on integrations (HRIS, IoT) and AI/ML features.
  • Oversee product lifecycle, prioritize features, and manage development with internal teams and vendors.
  • Use research, feedback, and data to design intuitive, user-centric solutions.
  • Reduce manual processes and CWK dependency; pilot emerging technologies like smart building enablement and AI-driven personalization.
