About The Position

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) is a leading global asset manager with over 40 years of experience and a presence in 24 countries. MSIM manages $1.5 trillion in assets as of March 31, 2024, and provides investment solutions to a diverse global client base. The Wealth Strategies Group (WSG) is the sales distribution arm for advanced strategies targeting High-Net-Worth (HNW) Investors within MSIM. This team of Specialists focuses on HNW tax-efficient solutions, including Customized SMAs (Equity and Fixed Income), the Exchange Fund, derivatives, and charitable solutions. The Wealth Strategy Specialist is responsible for product distribution within Broker-Dealers (wire-house and independent) in their assigned territory. They collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Regional Rep Counterparts, marketing, and other internal resources to ensure an exceptional client experience for WSG products, driving client satisfaction. The Specialist acts as a consultant to sophisticated Advisors, implementing advanced strategies to increase the net Assets Under Management (AUM) of major Broker-Dealer clients.

Requirements

  • Representation of product distribution within Broker-Dealers, both wire-house and independents, for their assigned territory.
  • Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers, Regional Rep Counterparts, marketing, and additional internal resources.
  • Owning client experience for WSG related products within their territory, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Acting in a consultative manner with sophisticated Advisors in implementing advanced strategies.
  • Increasing net AUM of major Broker-Dealer clients.
