The Vice President, US Market Access is responsible for developing and executing the market access strategy to ensure that patients, providers, and payers have appropriate, timely, and sustainable access to the company’s portfolio of rare oncology therapies and future specialty products. This role leads a team of approximately 15 professionals covering payer strategy and contracting, patient access services, field access operations, government reimbursement, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). The Vice President serves as a key member of the US Commercial Leadership Team, partnering closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Insights & Operations, and New Product Planning to shape and deliver the overall U.S. commercial strategy. The incumbent also provides strategic input and commercial perspective to business development opportunities evaluated by the company’s parent organization, ensuring that U.S. payer and access dynamics are fully considered in opportunity assessments and valuation.
