Modivcare is seeking an experienced Vice President - Transportation to lead nationwide efforts in creating and maintaining efficient, accountable, and sustainable transportation service delivery models across all modes of member transportation services. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to achieve transportation goals related to budget, P&L, on-time performance, transportation policy and process, supply and demand balance, and the development of transportation metrics. The role drives strategic initiatives, explores best practices, and provides leadership and mentorship to senior leaders and teams. It supports a culture of efficiency, accountability, and member-centric service delivery, collaborating with field leadership and cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. The position leverages systems and field data for analytics and insights, conducts in-depth data analysis, and provides market intelligence. It develops and communicates KPI strategies, presents data-driven insights to leadership, and identifies opportunities for actionable strategies. The role also involves compiling reports, recommending and implementing process improvements, leading change management, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring high employee satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key, and the role may lead projects and perform other duties as assigned. Approximately 20-30% travel may be required.
