About The Position

Techno is seeking an accomplished Transportation Leader to drive strategic growth across New Jersey and the surrounding region. This executive-level position is designed for a relationship-builder, market strategist, and business developer who understands how public agencies procure professional services and how successful partnerships are built over time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or a related field.
Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth within transportation or infrastructure.
Established relationships with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with transportation agencies, public-sector clients, and industry partners.
Identify growth opportunities and lead capture strategies for major transportation pursuits.
Partner with leadership to align business development efforts with firm capabilities and strategic goals.
Expand Techno's presence throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.
Monitor transportation funding, procurement pipelines, and market trends.
Represent the firm at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities.
Support client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships
