About The Position

We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Boston. This role involves supporting the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements, undertaking highly technical advisory projects under Director & partner supervision, and being responsible for coaching, mentoring, and counselling junior staff. You will advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues, identify new business opportunities, develop long-term business relationships, and manage and contribute to further developing services for clients. Requirements

  • Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA
  • Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
  • Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams

  • CPA is strongly preferred
