The Vice President partners with senior leadership to develop and lead system-wide compensation strategies, benefits offerings, and recognition programs that reflect Avera's commitment to compassionate care and service excellence. This leader ensures total rewards programs are aligned with strategic priorities, fiscally responsible, compliant with regulatory requirements, and clearly communicate the value of total rewards to caregivers across the ministry.
