About The Position

At CareATC, we are redefining employer-sponsored healthcare through innovative, relationship-centered solutions that improve health outcomes and empower healthier workforces. As Vice President, Total Health Solutions & Occupational Health, you will provide executive leadership for CareATC's expanding portfolio of Total Health Solutions while leading the strategic growth of our Occupational Health program. You will help shape the future of integrated healthcare by driving innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing programs that deliver measurable value for our clients and the patients we serve. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, collaborate with senior leadership, and make a lasting impact within a growing, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programs
  • Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth
  • Strong executive leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across healthcare organizations and clients
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure program outcomes
  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and change management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel moderately, including overnight travel

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio
  • Provide executive leadership and direct oversight of the Occupational Health program
  • Drive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision making
  • Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to advance organizational strategy
  • Evaluate opportunities for service expansion, strategic partnerships, and business growth
  • Support business development through executive client presentations and strategic consultation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the organization
