About The Position

The Vice President, Terminal Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a terminal's operational activities, including managing staff, optimizing cargo handling processes, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving operational efficiency to meet strategic goals for the terminal business. The focus is to develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to improve terminal efficiency, cost control, and throughput, aligning with company goals and to deliver on spec fuels safely. Responsibilities

Develop a safety-first culture within the Terminals organization
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations
Ensure safe, compliant, efficient operations while receiving and delivering on spec products
Optimize operational standards and performance across the network
Customer focus
Responsible for creating a response and evaluation plan for investigating and minimizing human error releases
