Be part of Lafayette Federal Credit Union, recognized by USA Today as a Top Workplace for three consecutive years (2024–2026). Be a key player in our mission to become the premier financial partner for our community. Your skills and dedication are essential to our success. Build the Future Workforce of Lafayette Federal Credit Union. Exceptional organizations are built by exceptional people. At Lafayette Federal Credit Union, we believe our future success depends on our ability to attract, develop, engage, and retain outstanding talent. As we continue to grow, invest in our people, and strengthen our organizational capabilities, we are creating a new leadership opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce. We believe the future of work will be driven by people who embrace curiosity, continuous learning, and responsible innovation, supported by technologies – including artificial intelligence – that enable our employees to work more effectively, make better decisions, and deliver exceptional experiences for our members. We're looking for leaders who see AI not as a replacement for people, but as a tool that empowers people to do their best work. This is more than a Human Resources leadership role. It is an opportunity to build Lafayette's talent engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management will lead the strategy and execution of how Lafayette attracts exceptional talent, builds leadership pipelines, strengthens employee engagement, and prepares the organization for its next stage of growth. The successful candidate will inherit a solid foundation while having the opportunity to build new capabilities, modernize talent practices, and influence the employee experience across the organization. If you are energized by building, creating, and shaping, not simply maintaining, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. The Opportunity: Lafayette Federal is investing in its future. As our organization continues to grow, we recognize that our talent strategies must evolve alongside our business strategy. This leader will play a critical role in helping us answer important questions: How do we become an employer of choice? How do we consistently attract exceptional talent? How do we build stronger leadership pipelines? How do we prepare today's employees for tomorrow's opportunities? How do we create an employee experience that inspires engagement, performance, and long-term commitment? This position offers the opportunity to influence these answers while building programs and strategies that will have a lasting impact across the organization.
