About The Position

Ministry Brands is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Initiatives to join our growing team! As the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, you will partner with our executive and senior leadership teams to define, drive, and execute Ministry Brands' most critical cross-functional strategic priorities. You will translate our growth strategy into measurable commercial outcomes: accelerating revenue, expanding margins, and unlocking new market opportunities, by leading high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator who can both shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to inspire teams toward disciplined, results-driven execution that advances our mission of serving faith-based and purpose-driven organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or operational leadership, including 5+ years leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services company
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes: revenue growth, margin expansion, market share gains, or successful M&A integration, required
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior and cross-functional leaders and teams
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable building business cases, financial models, and operating plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex strategy into clear, compelling narratives
  • Servant-leader mindset: able to inspire teams without direct authority and build followership across the organization
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational rigor, driving initiatives from concept through execution
  • Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry, required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive and senior leadership teams to define company-wide strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans with clear commercial KPIs and accountability
  • Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives including product migrations, new product launches, pricing and packaging transformations, go-to-market motions, and client expansion programs that drive revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and long-term client relationships
  • Build and operate a disciplined initiative-management framework, including business cases, milestones, RACI, risk management, and executive-level reporting cadences
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to functional leaders across the organization; align teams around shared goals and remove organizational barriers to execution
  • Develop and present executive-level materials, including strategy reviews, quarterly business reviews, and financial flash reporting
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, evaluate build/buy/partner decisions, and inform capital allocation
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a small team of strategic program leaders; cultivate a culture of accountability, urgency, and outcome-driven execution
  • Champion change management across the organization, ensuring strategies become operating reality, not just plans on a page
