About The Position

The Vice President of Strategic Accounts is responsible for growing and maintaining existing business, growing and managing client relationships, and assuring the highest level of value for the client. This position will work with all internal stakeholders to ensure high-level, consistent service to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or similar role
  • High school diploma
  • College degree required.
  • Exceptional client focus skills
  • Excellent written communication skills required
  • Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Establish positive and long-term client relationships through prospecting and conduct meetings with clients (current and new) to extend or renegotiate expiring contracts
  • Maintain Harvard Protection Services' quality assurance program through joint reviews with clients (develop as needed)
  • Collaborate in the development of the strategic improvement and growth initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and Harvard Protection Services service offerings
  • Attend conferences and trade shows as required
  • Support collection efforts of assigned portfolio
  • Responsible for out of scope of service requests and submitting for new or updated billing changes
  • Follow-up with client’s concerns and effectively communicate with operations, sales and support teams
  • Attending off hour client events and entertainment opportunities
  • Ensure contractual obligations are being met including scope of work and other non-routine work
  • Perform and attend reoccurring weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings with clients to ensure expectations of services are being completed
  • Collaborate with Regional, Executive Leadership and Sales and Marketing teams to strategize and develop growth plans.

  • Develop and present presentations to prospective and current clients on behalf of Harvard Protection Services
